Welcome to the Money Should Be Fun website. Please review the following basic terms that govern the use of this Site. This Site is operated and controlled solely by the artist, William Hamilton.Payment
Buyer agrees to pay all fees and charges, including any applicable sales tax and shipping charges, to Seller. (Please note that sales tax is applicable in Kentucky only.) Payment must be made through PayPal . Seller agrees to ship item to Buyer within five (5) working days from the date payment is received. If the Buyer issues an e-check to PayPal, the e-check must clear before the item can be downloaded or shipped.What is PayPal?
In order to purchase goods through the Money Should Be Fun website, you must create your own personal PayPal account so that you can securely and easily transfer your payment to us. This allows our patrons to specify and utilize a number of different payment methods, including credit cards and electronic checks.

After adding your desired products to the shopping cart, you can complete your purchase by clicking upon the "Checkout" link at the bottom of the shopping cart page. You will need to either login with your User Credentials or register for an account if you have not done so previously.
Upon confirmation of your purchase on moneyshouldbefun.com, you will be transferred to the PayPal.com shopping cart to make your payment. You will need to then login to using your PayPal account (for more information on creating your own PayPal account, please click here). After your PayPal transaction, you will be transferred back to this site.

Shipping
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive shipped goods. Downloadable products will be made available to your account following receipt of successful payment.
Downloadable Products
Following successful receipt of your payment, a download link will be made available within your account on this website. Simply login with the user id and password you used when placing the order and click on the link for "Account Maintenance". A link to a printable purchase order will appear under the "Order Information" heading. You can access the download by clicking on the Product name on the purchase order.
Cartoons are Copyrighted
Please note that cartoons on this website are copyrighted and, unless purchased, may not be downloaded, copied, distributed, transmitted, displayed, reproduced, published, or licensed.
Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any and all claims and liabilities which might arise from Buyer’s use of Seller’s product.
Privacy
Any and all personal data, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number collected during sales transactions will remain completely confidential and will not be transferred or distributed to any other parties.
Return Policy
A refund, credit, or replacement will be made on any undamaged item within thirty (30) days of its purchase date. Please note that personalized items are not returnable.
Damaged Items
Items which are damaged in shipment will be replaced if they are returned within ten days of the purchase date provided that Buyer notifies Seller by e-mail or in writing, within three days of receipt, that the item arrived damaged.
